Please use your company e-mail address. This is the main e-mail address that will be used to send you all information including the confirmation of enrollment and the final confirmation for a training.

Agreement to data security and invoicing procedure

Acknowledge of invoicing for HAMILTON Distributors
Depending on the number of participants from the same Distributor per year, HAMILTON will invoice the training. If invoicing is required, HAMILTON will send a invoice after the training.

Agreement to Data Security
Please note that your registration data (i.e. name, first name, email address) are used by HAMILTON in order to create a personal profile on our training registration platform, to send you information for the training via e-mail and to use your data to generate a Letter of Attendance (confirmation of participation). This will allow you to check your courses and to download training materials as well as to download your Letter of Attendance/Confirmation after successful completion.
By submitting this registration you consent to HAMILTON using your information for this purpose.

Agreement to invoicing procedure

Discount possible for multiple people from the same company that are going to attend the same training course (discount might differ depending on the responsible HAMILTON subsidiary). If the participants are not attending the same course, the standard price will be invoiced. There are special agreements for HAMILTON Distributors.
If you purchased a training together with a HAMILTON system, you need to provide the quotation/opportunity number for the system in order to enroll for a training course.
If you need a quotation before enrolling for a training please specify the training (e.g. VENUS Basic) and the number of participants in the comments below. You can also enroll without a quotation.
The invoice will be send to you after attending the training. Please provide information about the invoice address when enrolling for a training. In addition, you can also provide a Purchase Order (PO) number from your company and upload a PO document if needed.

Please note that each participant must register individually: Due to data security each participant must create an account and enroll for the desired training course.

If you need a quotation for a specific training, you can ask our HAMILTON Training Team¹ or use this Comments field. For a quotation please specifiy the total number of participants that shall be included in your quotation. We will prepare the quotation and send it to you. It might be that there will be a discount for you based on the number of participants.
